Minimum stays
Minimum two-night stay, other than Easter, Christmas, Melbourne Cup weekend, long weekends and school holidays when a minimum three-night stay applies.

$290 per double room per night (same for single occupancy).
Additional double (or single occupancy) rooms $90 per night.

Payment policy
We require credit card details at the time of the booking. A deposit of 50% is required within 24 hours of a booking confirmation with the balance paid 14 days prior to arrival.

All December, January, public and school holiday bookings are to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival or on confirmation (if booking is made less than 30 days before arrival).

When we confirm your booking, we will provide you with bank account details for EFT payment.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more prior to the arrival date there will be no penalty and your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to the arrival date a penalty of $290 will be deducted from your payment. If we are able to re-book the dates you cancelled a full refund will be made to you. If you cancel part of your booking after your arrival you will not be entitled to any refund.

In the event we need to cancel your booking due to an unlikely event (e.g. power outages, severe weather, illness, bio security issues) we will refund all monies you have paid and we will have no further liability to you.

Smoking policy
This is a non smoking property. A cleaning charge of $150 will be required if not adhered to.
